As soon as you push the door of the restaurant Mr Olive to Saint Nazaire (Loire-Atlantique), a delicate smell of spices tickles your taste buds!
Yin, the new owner and chef, is thrilled. After having cooked live in the markets, the Thai of origin, can now prepare its thai dishes in a “real” spacious lab, boulevard René Coty, instead of Restaurant L’Invitation.
Chef for over 10 years
A joy for the one who has been a cook in great restaurants in her native country for more than 10 years. Even if it has made a name for itself with its street food, it finally has room to simmer its specialties: Pad Thai, shrimp soup, green papaya salad, chicken curry, sticky rice with coconut or Kuay Tiew (soup noodles)…
I make real quality cuisine with good ingredients and generous portions at reasonable prices.
Also present in La Baule
You may have already tasted one of its specialties. With her husband Stéphane alias Mr Olive whom she joined in France a few years ago, she already offered her meals in caterers on avenue de Gaulle in La Baule.
For the past few weeks, it is therefore in Saint-Nazaire that we can find it. No fuss here, don’t hesitate to ask him for your more or less spicy dish to decorate your plate according to your desire.
Also in the markets
A nice address for lunch with its twenty seats in the dining room and the terrace for summer evenings.
And Mr Olive, who made a name for himself by selling tapenades, will continue to deliver their first store in La Baule and will be on the markets of Saint-Marc (Sunday and Thursday), Lajarrige in La Baule (Tuesday and Saturday) and Batz-sur- Wed (Monday).
21 boulevard René Coty in Saint-Nazaire.
