The formatting commands are basic and match those found in Google’s office apps: presentations, text documents, and spreadsheets.

Although Google Keep version 5.22.182.00 is now available on Google Play, the option must be enabled by Google through a server-level change. It is therefore normal that you install the new version of the application and that you cannot use the text formatting commands.
