• International Customer Success Manager (m/w/x/d), dessen Hauptaugenmerk auf der internen Kommunikation liegt, der aber langfristig das Ziel verfolgt, die Kundenzufriedenheit der internationalen Kunden zu maximieren. In enger Abstimmung mit Sales und anderen internen Stakeholdern gewinnst du ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse deiner Gesprächspartner und begeisterst diese mit deiner Kreativität, Empathie und Lösungsorientierung. DEINE MISSION BEI UNS:

• Du betreust deine Kunden mit Leidenschaft! So orchestrierst du das Aufsetzen der Kampagnen, hast die Zahlen dieser immer im Blick und erstellst Reports so, dass der Kunde einfach begeistert ist.
• Du koordinierst kanalübergreifende Kampagnen über die internationalen Publisher-Partner des Offerista-Netzwerks, Google, Meta und nutzt die Reichweite des Offerista-Netzwerks.
• Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse des Kunden und erfüllst diese durch kompetente, schnelle Lösungen. Dabei managest und koordinierst du mit eingespielter Sicherheit interne wie externe Stakeholder.
• Da geht noch mehr?! Ab und zu könnte ein Kunde für eine erfolgreiche Kampagne noch etwas mehr buchen? Klar doch: bei deinen charmanten und zielgerichteten Upsellings schmilzt dein Ansprechpartner einfach dahin.
• Du weißt über deine Kunden bescheid! Genießt dein Kunde den Urlaub gerne in der Karibik, ziehst du die Socken mit den Palmen an. Dein Business ist Buddy-Business - natürlich auch am Telefon!

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Marketing oder Vergleichbares oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungsabschluss im Bereich Marketing.
• Du hast schon mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Account Management, insbesondere im. digitalen Umfeld, sammeln können.
• Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in relevanten Tools wie CRM Systemen (z.B. HubSpot) Analysetools (z.B. Looker) und Projektmanagementtools (z.B. Monday), aber auch Excel (Pivot) o.ä. mit.
• Du kennst dich mit Cross Channel-Kampagnen aus und KPIs wie CPE, CPI, CPC, CPO oder vTKP verstehst du als Werkzeuge deines Alltags.
• Du lebst Kommunikation mit jeder Faser. Dabei bewegst du dich sicher in Englisch durch den Alltag.

• an International Customer Success Manager (f/m/x/d) who is driven by the goal to maximize the customer satisfaction of international accounts and whose main focus is internal communication. You achieve these goals by establishing first-class relationships at all levels be it internally or externally. In this way, you ensure that the customer and you grow together in the long term. In close coordination with sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of the needs of your counterparts and inspire them with your creativity, empathy and solution orientation. YOUR MISSION WITH US:

• You orchestrate the set-up of the campaigns, always having an eye on the numbers and create reports so that the customer is simply thrilled with your service.
• You coordinate cross-channel campaigns across the international Offerista network publisher partners, Google, Meta and leverage the reach of the Offerista network.
• You identify the customer's needs and meet them by providing competent, quick solutions. In doing so, you manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders safely.
• You know about your (internal) customers and campaigns! If your customer enjoys a vacation in the Caribbean, you put on the socks with the palm trees. Your business is buddy business - on the phone, too, of course!
• With your charming and targeted upsells, your contact person be it internally or externally simply melts away and could be convinced to book a little more for a successful campaign.

THAT'S WHAT WE WISH FOR:

• You have a degree in business, marketing or comparable fields.
• You have several years of professional experience in account management, especially in the digital environment & preferably in an agency environment.
• You have good knowledge of relevant tools such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, SugarCRM) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, semrush, Looker, Outbrain, YOC, Meta Business Suite), but also Excel (Pivot) or similar.
• You know your way around cross channel campaigns and you understand KPIs like CPL, CPI, CPC, CPO or CPM as tools of your everyday life.
• You are the personified communication and move confidently through everyday life in English.
