Apple updates iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) to version 12.1

Apple today released the 12.1 update to its iWork suite which includes the Pages, Keynote and Numbers apps. As a reminder, version 12.0 was released in April.

Here’s what Apple is offering with the Pages update on iOS:

  • Use address merge to quickly create personalized letters, cards, and envelopes for multiple recipients;
  • Select a stylish template from the new ones available for event invitations and student certificates;
  • Export your Pages documents as TXT files.

There are also new features for Keynote on iOS, here they are:

  • Add subtle movement and visual elements to your presentation with dynamic backgrounds that continuously animate as you move from slide to slide;
  • Choose from new animated themes with dynamic backgrounds;
  • Ability to skip or unskip all slides in a condensed group.

And finally, Numbers on iOS is entitled to a fix:

  • Improved performance when inserting rows and columns in large tables

On the Mac side, the new features of Pages are:
